Comments:

Builders lack of taking responsibility for things that have broke and not finishing things that should have been fixed before we moved in. Held back a small amount of money for 3 pages of incomplete items and they came back and did a few things and want the money before completing even though it states on our documents that money would be paid out after ALL ITEMs are completed. Did not follow city building codes and as a result front pillars had to be sawed in half so that they didn't push through the roof(top half of pillar is still hanging off the ceiling and they were cut in off in January. Also our boiler/water heater for the floor heat and domestic water hasn't worked right since the day we moved in. We did not know that the contractor was going to use a product that has no service representitive in our are and now I have had to call the company and get parts to fix every other week. He will not warranty the unit. He said it is up to the Manufactor to warranty it not him.
