This builder has ZERO communication skills. His reputation is pityful for the lack of a better word. He is not willing to work with you on problems you have. I think he is awful. His sales staff is RUDE, My neighbors also thought their experience with J-Right was pityful!

The J-Right Debacle

Horrible experience. Our superintendent treated us rudely and constantly mislead us, the development’s real estate agent was rude and condescending, the builder’s decorator was rude, and last but not least, the owner of company is rude and acts like a bully, but you won’t find that out until you are under contact and he’s collected your down payment. They use the cheapest contractors they can hire and don’t supervise them (or pay them from what I’ve seen). The warranty department is practically non existent. The warranty guy (one guy for the entire company) is slow and just about useless. Steer clear of this builder!!

I built my second home with J-Right and my expectations were fulfilled again. I love my home and have been in it for almost 4 months. The staff is always friendly and our Superintendent was great to work with and had quick responses to our questions. I would recommend building with J-Right to anyone. Their floor plans are awesome and very open. My home is beautiful and I love it.

After the sale service was good but the building process was awful. So many mistakes...sometimes they get fixed the first time, sometimes they are finally corrected on the third or fourth try. No supervision of the subcontractors. Price was right but not worth all of the headaches. No major problems yet.
