We had many problems with this builder. The overall structure of the home is defective. There are two eaves that meet in the front cetner of the home which create a valley for snow, ice and water to gather. We brought this to the builders attention and there was nothing they could do about it. They did reimburse us for water damage, however, we then had to pay out of pocket to have a large enough downspout installed to prevent the problem...which continues to linger. We also have two cracks in our basement foundation, the wiring is inconsistent, the trim was not finished out correctly and there are nail marks every few inches. Also, the home was advertised as having Lake Michigan water. About a week before closing we were made aware that is was actually county well water - not lake Michigan water which was very dissappointing. At that point, we had no choice but the close. Although, they did provide us a small reimbursement at closing in order for us to install a water softener and filter. Overall, we would not recommend this builder.
