The builder did everything in her power to help us get a great home

The builder left many outstanding issues. With many items built, inclusing the deck and closet materials, the builder did NOT follow manufacturer guidelines thus voiding necessary warantees. The builder'd preferred subcontractors also performed poorly. The mason was among the worst pouring a cement walkway over 40 feet long as one slab in the midst of winter. It now has many cracks and heaves. To date (over 2 years later despite phone calls, letters and even intevention by lawyers since the beginning), the builder has not acted to remedy the walk or many other issues which need to be repaired or replaced. I have recommended to several people to avoid this builder. He often attempts to build multiple homes at once leading him to split his time and concentration, thus significantly lowering the quality of his work.
