Had a pleasurable experience building my new home, everyone was helpful and very open to my ideas about how to customize my family's new home.

Castle View Home infiltration issues (basement, garage and electrical)

Builder never corrected water issues in basement, period! 3 years issues still exist and builder never bothered to correct anything during our 1 year warranty. They were much too busy to bother and did absolutely nothing until we filed a BBB complaint, issue still not resolved...

The builder representatives were very attentive to every concern. This was the second build with this building firm in only four years time. We would not have considered another builder after our experience.

Our new home was had major foundation saturation into our basement since 2 months after closing on our new home. 32 months later and 1 Better Business Bureau case later, we are no further ahead. THe builder has listed a 1 YEAR dry basement guarantee. Less than 2 months into our 1st year and our basement has been saturated ever since. The company isn't responsible for the warranty they offered from what we were told! Even the owner came to our house to see what the issues were and over 1 1\2 years later nothing was resolved!
