Code violations...according to 2 house inspections. Mold in HVAC system that resulted from 10 year leak. During construction, electrician cut in electrical box slashing tub drain pipe. Rigged with a patch of PVC and glue. Finally discovered after 10 years when ripping out a cabinet and finding thick mold on the floor board. Same pipe also had sheet rock nailed into it. All tile work was substandard. Master bath shower and laundry room not tiled to code. Dryer vent pipe too long and not connected well...exhaust venting into wall cavities for unknown period of time. Was noticed when light swtiches were wet to the touch (from condensation). Licensing Board dismissed complaint as trvial. Try living here for all those years.
