Poor supervisory oversight of building process.

Throughout all stages of construction, I have had to be so vigilant to point out errors. Sales staff and superintendent not as well informed on specific requirements of my home. Cases in point: during slab, they forgot electrical for family room floor plug and kitchen island; during running of electircal from source to breaker box, I paid extra to have routed around future pool area - I had to catch their not complying with order; framers forgot to include garage door specially ordered by me. I had to call attention to the oversight; they put in a prefab fireplace when I ordered cast stone; presently carpenters have forgotten chair rail in living room and hardwood bottom step. Stained stair railing wrong color (just to mention a few issues) The worst continuing issue is the non responsiveness of the construction superintendent and sales agent ( both of whom I have mentioned numberous times) to clean up the stinking mess of laborers urinating in the shower pans and jetted tub and making provisions to cease and decist the abhorent behavior. Builder has not provided provisions for these people. I am having a real problem with this and builder could care less.

I don't close on the house until the end of the month. So far I have had no problems, and the sales representive has been extremely professional and helpful.

This builder covered up foundation defects, then said, "just cosmetic." Put us through 5 years of litigation to recover monetary losses through their deception and false advertising.
