Where do I start.....When we signed up for our custom home we had complete faith with Davis Homes. Once the process started though it just went down hill. They are completely disorganized and not professional. We were promised a date to close from the beginning expecting some delays of about a month or so but not like this. The builder tried to get us to close without all the items being done but we wouldnt and that is when it went down hill. He got very defensive and acted like he didnt want to work with us! Afterall we were the ones paying him to build our house he should have never treated us this way. I think that in his mind he fulfilled every promise he made to us and that is the sad part because he would start something and never finish! Overall the building process was a disaster and I would NOT reccomend them to anyone! I have spoken with many neighbors and they all feel the same. The only reason why I am writing all this is I want others to be aware of the issues about 10 of us had with the builder. Buyer Beware. Also I had a neighbor mention to me they are no longer building under Davis Homes but not Kingdom Homes USA. It is really sad when you have to change your name because you have ruined your reputation! There are lots of good builders out there just make sure to really do your homework before you build.

Davis Homes and specifically Chris Davis told me and my wife that they would take care of any and all issues that we have and that he is a "man of God and will stick to his word" This is completely false. Chris hasnt done one thing that he promissed and I am one of many people across this city that he has built for that is unsatisfied. If you are going to build with him make sure to get references not just 2-3 but 10 plus! I wish I had done that. After our house was built I had multiple neighbors ask me if I had a good experience when I answered no they werent suprised neither were they. I would highly reccomend finding another builder and I tell everyone I see to avoid them at all costs. Chris is a nice guy but he doesnt have any follow through and is full of empty promises. Just take a look at the homes he still has for sale that he has half finished projects in.

Davis Homes is a great builder that brings fresh ideas to the home building process. I would recomend Davis Homes to anyone looking for a fair and honest builder. They kept me informed all the way through the home building process. There Realtor was also very helpful and made the process painless.
