David Pennington (The Pennington Group) built a 4000 s.f. custom home for us in 2004, which is the most beautiful home I have ever been in. The crafstmanship is incredible, and the design (which he did) is fabulous. It was expensive (about 10% more than our next bid), but his reputation as one of the top builders in the area proved it was worth it. He is extremely knowledgeable of construction, and has some fantastic subs and employees. I would rate the experience an A++++ and recommend him to anyone. This was the third house that we have built, and it was absolutely the best experience of all three.
