This is one of the WORST builders in Delaware. Capano homes fall apart!! We had a home that had to have ALL of the windows replaced within 2nd year along with the entire front door/side windows gutted. They use telephone wire to rig the airconditioner!! They also did not seal any outside entries (wires/pipes etc)!! They left our community responsible for a million dollars worth of sidewalk repair (they installed them wrong) and 1600 trees that had to be planted they they were required to do by their permit (the state allowed them to walk away!!) We have also rented a townhome that they built (not known at the time) and it started falling apart within 2 months after moving in ...so did all the neighbors (these were brand new when we moved in!!!) ....DO NOT PURCHASE A CAPANO HOME!!!!
