We were lied to during the sales process. The realtor in the sales office told us that there wouldn't be anymore of our models built. So we ended up buying one that was already completed. Since we moved in 5 months ago, we have seen 4 more of our models built. Since we bought an inventory home, we didn't get to choose any options or decor. Also, we have had major problems with our HVAC system. One problem has caused us to have a very high gas bill which Cambridge won't help pay for due to their defective equipment. Also, on the 90day walk through, they tried to push everything that needed fixing back to the 1 year walk through. The customer service is very bad.
