I have been in the house for about 2 years. There were a few bumps but nothing major. The purchase went smoothly. Any repairs went smoothly. The only complaint is that they were supposed to enforce CCNRs and maintain the areas for 2 years. They didnt. I had neighbors start doing some funky things like paving over all their grass so they could park 5 cars in front of their house. One guy put up a 40ft flagpole in their backyard with a mexican flag on it. Weird stuff. Even still, I would probably buy a California Home again - though now they are called "The Matthews Group"
