The builder violated the terms spelled out in both the working drawings and specifications. He made promises that he never kept and continualy lied and deceived us during and after the contract was completed. We were charged for services never delivered and overcharged for work completed. He has failed to honor the warrenty agreement. After signing the contract, he has been consitently unavailable and avoided communication except at times he wanted to make draws.
