David Bownds is a good person who could have a prosperous future in home building if he would only follow a few simple ways of doing business. #1. Listen to any changes and follow up. #2. you can't depend on subs to do what you ask...follow up. #3. If you are going to offer a warranty...follow up. Finally, the home is only as good as the builders reputation that built it! Think about it. If someone see's my home and comments on it's beauty and asks who built it, I will tell them who and then advise them to find another builder who will follow up and finish the job.
