Have had many problems with home. Very poorly build, quality just not there. Had to send letter threating to preceed with other means of resolving this matter, before the fix anything. Had large water damage under wall damaging hardwood floors. This was found be Closing and we were told the problem had been fixed. Problem was poorly attempted. Looked as if Bloxham had temp long enough to pass 1yr warranty. Didn't even make throught the first ran before noticing floor darking. Tile are Fireplace was installed with concrete adhesive, when attaching to wood. Tiles came loose within 8 months. Contacted 3 times with no response, fixed myself. None of the final punch times that were agreed to be fixed during closing ever got fixed. If you are considering buying or having built a home by Bloxham Homes RECONSIDER!!!!!
