I have been in my house for 63 days and still have not been able to get the builder or his sub-contractors to perform the agreed upon repairs/corrections. The sales agents all but called us liars when we asked about window coverings that were purchased but missing. This was our first home purchase and the experience as a whole was ruined by every representative we dealt with. I would never recommend anyone purchase a home directly from this builder. In fact, if I had it to do over again, I wouldn't.
