The home was build 1month late. The house was build with different color of culking on all the counter top. The window has leak and gaps. Door has gaps and not water tight. Water damage everytime it rains. The builder blame all the problems to natural forces. They will not respond when I have a warrentee issue. This builder is very bad at their warrenty and the material that they use are of bad quality...............Warning!!! DO NOT BUY HOME FROM THIS BUILDER!!!!!!
