WARNING - beware of Andy Sharma

Andy Sharma has not even fixed things that were on the original walk through list from closing in the past year. He lied to us so often we just gave up. The neighbors had to sue him to get repairs done. we have spent over 5K to repair items since we moved in and we're still not done. PLEASE investigate him before you make a 30 year mistake.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUILDER! You would think a home that is listed as 4 Bedroom and 2 car garage would live up to that.. when we tried to park 2 cars in the garage, it wouldnt fit!!! According to builder, many houses in this neighborhood only put one car in the garage.. so why list it as 2 car then? The 4th bedroom didn't have a door.. I dont' know about you guys but I would expect my bedroom to come with a door.. after much frustration and arguing on closing day, he agreed to put in a door.. After we moved in, we tried to use our dryer.. no heat... why? Because the builders blocked the vent for air to leave the house and had to dig around the house to look for it... it took about 2 weeks for them to come out and look at it.. On move in day, we notice the backyard had some erosion that goes into the neighbors yard, this was 8 months ago, it is still not fixed.. until then, we cant put up a fence.
