okay where to begin,, in florida, central fla, we had 3 Major Hurricanes go thru our state ,and our home was just less than 2 years old,, we had water Intrusion thru walls and ridge vents,, after contacting US HOME, they basically said its an act of god and its not covered in warranty,, their representive basically laughed at me when i insisted they repair leaky walls, i ended up paying to have my home Repainted with better Water Resistant paint, and I have yet to replace the CHEAP ridge vent they used to Vent my roof. but I will.. Will I ever buy a lennar/US home house again? NOT ON YOUR LIFE! Customer service sucks.

USHome advertises excellent Customer Care. They don't ever return calls. You have to send complaint after complaint until they do something. They information about the community that they gave me when I signed the contract is totally different of what I see now. They quality is very bad.
