There is a major defect with the drywall throughout the house. Drywall seams are spliting and are evident in almost every room in the house. The drywall company they use has extremely unskilled labor and US Homes does not have any quality control standards to ensure their subcontractors are performing quality work. Some drywall repairs are on their second wave. Even when they try to fix the problem, they can't correct it. I would highly recommend against purchasing a home from US Homes. All they are interested in is monopolizing the new home market with substandard quality homes.
