SOME WORKER STUFFED TRASH DOWN A SEWER PIPE SO THE VERY FIRST NIGHT IN OUR VERY FIRST NEW HOME THE PLUMBING OVERFLOWE AND ND=ECESSITATED A 12:00 MIDNIGHT CALL TO THE PLUMBER ON DUTY. HE TOOK 2 HOURS TO ARRIVE AND PULLED A TOILET OUT WITHOUT TURNING OFF WATER, RESULTING IN A HUGE FLOOD. THE CONTRACTOR HAD TO RIP OUT TWO ROOMS OF CARPETING AND ONE OF LAMINATE NOT TO MENTION DOOR JAMB MOLDING THAT WAS RUINED. A STAIR HAND RAILING NEEDED TO BE REPLACED BECAUSE ALL THE DETAIL HAD BEEN SANDED OFF. AS A RESULT OF THE FLOOD THEY REPLACED 12 SQUARE FEET OF THE CEILING, ALSO MANY OF THE KITCHEN CABINET DOORS NEEDD TO BE REPLACED AS THEY LOOKED LIKE THEY WERE INSTALLED WITH A PICK AX. NEARLY EVER OUTLET PLATE HAD TO BE REMOVED TO DRYWALL THE AREAR AROUND WHERE THE PLATE DIDNT QUITE COVER THE HOLES, SAME STORY WITH THE AIRCONDITIONING VENTS TOO.

New home owner

Start up was good, then we had a bad peerson in sales office. The other sales staff was great. Then when we did our walk thru there were lots of little things wrong ( dents, paint, ect.). We were told they would be completed before move in and they were not. We kept calling and took almost a week for response. Some of it is still not done. We are very have with main structure and layout. We love the lot size and community. The extras to add were great and we love our home. Just a little disapointed in the closing.
