Comments:
This builder promises to fix problems and then the crew never shows up for appointments they scheduled. I have waited many days for them to show up to fix items and they never call or come. Water is building up on the construction site and threatening my basement. They refuse to address my concern. I have not met even one happy homeowner here. They are real nice and full of promises until you close. DO NOT USE THIS BUILDER. Experience based on Schoolhouse Lane property in Kennett Square, PA.
