Enthusiastic
Shea builds a good sound home. Any problems that are reported to them are resolved as quickly as possible. The representatives are professional and efficient. The only thing is that the owner has few options in terms of choices of fixtures, cabinet colors. No choice regarding the color of the house, this was pre-determined.
