Wonderful Service

Shea Customer Service rep. Chuck Chapin is extremely helpful and he goes above and beyond to help you with any problem that you may have. Or he'll try to find the answer for you, if he doesn't know. I can even call now if I have any questions or who he would recommend for any handwork. He has been great. Very trustworthy. Even the other work supervisors helped me with a flat tire and they didn't have to. It was really nice of them. I really appreciate all they have done for our family.

We haven't had any problems with our home. It is one of the best homes we have ever lived in quality wise. Our sales associate was a twit..but hey...we don't see her anymore.

Whoever has been giving this builder good ratings is either having "brain damage" difficulties from environmental growth issues in their new home or they are people who work or own the company! Either way - it's all a lie! Don't believe a word of it or be prepared to lose everything you have & more to build or buy one of their homes! Buyer Beware!

It was a pleasure dealing with Shea. They made the home buying process feel easy. We've enjoyed our home and the neighborhood and have experienced very few problems. I appreciated their taking the proactive approach and contacting us for follow-ups during the year after the sale was completed.
