I used them to build an offsite home (ie: I had the property and used their plan) and it was not the best experience. Myself and my family own about 5 other lots and even told them we were considering them for the other/future projects. NOT LIKELY after my experience. They sent me the standard 10 year warranty for the house after I moved in but it was for my OLD HOUSE address. Three months later I still don't know if I'm covered under their warranty after numerous phone calls. The few minor issues I had during my walkthrough were taken care of TWO MONTHS after I moved in. Totally ridiculous. They left a 6" X 6" X 24" deep hole in my front yard (from the temporary electric pole) and my 60 year old mom fell in it. Thankfully she was not hurt, but that is totally unacceptable. I highly recommend you find another off-site builder for your home.
