Shafted - ITALIAN STYLE!
Building a home through Rhodes Homes was the WORST experience of my LIFE! Had I had it to do over again, I definitely WOULD NOT! The follow-up and Customer Service in the Warranty Department is a joke and NON-EXHISTANT. Thier workmanship is SHODDY, I have had nothing but problem after problem since moving in 18months ago, and STILL things remain NOT fixed despite numerous attempts at communication by phone, fax and Fed-EX. The Sales People YES you to death to get you to contract, and then blow you off the minute you sign (and give them the $10,000 deposit required!). They are nothing but "smarmy" Used-Car Salesmen. I have been blatantly lied to OVER & OVER again on a MULTITUDE of issues. This whole experience has soured me on New Home Building....I will NEVER do it again....they are all Crooks & Liars and they would shaft thier own Mothers' if it meant another sale! I am SOOOO over Rhodes Homes! I have NEVER been more disgusted in my life. What should have been a "Dream of a Lifetime" coming true for me, was in actuality, turned into a "NIGHTMARE" thanks to Rhodes Homes. NO....I DO NOT RECOMMEND this HORRIBLE, BEYOND HORRIBLE builder!!!!
