The home has many many problems that dont get fixed and even when fixed arent done correctly. I had an inspection done before my 1 year in the home and turned in the problems, still almost 1 year later they arent fixed. Horrible problem!

After I got my house for one month, the house started to crack and pop out at the edge. The whole house has cracks; some are small and some are big. One of of the wall is not straight which I believe some framing problem and one of the manager noticed while the house in the construction and he didn't do any thing to it. I am pretty upset since I told me about that after I found out myself. I had a first technician from R&B and I mentioned to him but he said that will take care in 11 months. Every time I saw him and I mentioned to him that the cracks got worst. After I saw other R&B manager or technician and he said that this is bad for RB and he will fix it. But after that no action. My husband always has to call them, and sometimes they don't even know what they are doing and they have to ask you back. They are really disorganized. Right now, my house is disaster. I lost a lot of time. I will never never buy a home from R&B again. Bad Bad and missy construction. They just tried to finish the house and don't care the quality.

We will NEVER buy a R & B home again. It was 4 months late. We're still in a disagreement over what should be minor fixes. Like the washer pan is in the middle of the laundry room leaving no room to put in a counter. Sure, it's an inexpensive repair, but after paying almost $350K for a home one would think that this wouldn't be an issue. Things that are promised don't occur. If you buy an R & B home make sure to document EVERY conversation. Little things like a call from the sales rep telling us that the doorknob we selected is no longer available but there is another one for the same cost that will match our upgrade inside knobs. We took her word for it and went with it rather than drop everything and drive out there that day (as she said we would have to otherwise). Our inside knobs are brushed nickel, the front doorknob is a dark shiny black. Not exactly what I consider a match. Then when we ask her if that is the one she selected she can't remember and conventiently doesn't have a picture of the one she selected. There were NUMEROUS instances of this. Document, document, document! Their customer service skills are substandard. Then of course there are the holes in the upstairs bedrooms subflooring. Just layed the carpet right over them! There were at least 5 holes measuring from an inch to 2 1/2 inches across. I could go on, but I think you get the drift. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!
