I own a pile of PULTE JUNK and my PULTE JUNK sits between two more pieces of PULTE JUNK and they all sit in a neighborhood filled with even MORE PULTE JUNK
Leveling the playing field would only be possible if surveys were filled out by actual home or real potential buyers. WONDERFUL.... yadee yadee yadee.... about after the sale...love everything.....I would be willing to bet my piece of junk Pulte house that this was written by a Pulte employee or investor. This is not a PULTE home owner. I have a 14 month old PULTE HOUSE WITH: DEFECTIVE STUCCO, MOLD, WINDOW PROBLEMS, THE LIST IS BEYOND COMPREHENSION..AND YEP!!!!!!MY NEIGHBORS ALSO HAVE THE SAME PROBLEMS. If you even consider PULTE as a prospective builder for your house STOP in your tracks.....go to a few Pulte built communities AND TALK TO THE HOMEOWNERS. Do not listen to the Pulte sales person who is trying to hit their bonus trip to Hawaii at your families expense.
