Plumas Lake, CA We noticed several items during our walk-thrus which we pointed out, yet were never fixed as we were promised. These were items such as foundation cracks, crooked windows, and crooked door frames. After living in the home only six weeks, we noticed cracks in ceilings and walls, and boards beginning to bow down through our drywall. This became progressively worse and began to occur in every room of the house. We were repeatedly told this was a "drywall problem". After being moved out of our home for three weeks, it was discovered to be a framing/truss problem. Our truss needed to be raised and shims put in place to keep it lifted up. I have since found out that this same problem occured in a coworker's home in another subdivion built by the same builder. I will never buy from Beazer again and advise the same to all I come in contact with that might consider them.
