Don't let Beazer fool you !!

I had problems at closing with Beazer. Warranty work was never completed and now Beazer say you are past your warranty date. Of course I am you never did the work! Foundation is cracking warranty reps kept changing and the work never got done so I have had to spend thousands of dollars on repairs myself. Electrical is bad and breakers keep falling with parctically no load on the wiring. I had a flood in the bedroom at the very beginning because the subcontractor did not put a cap on the drain in the laundry room and that was a disaster. Substandard materials had to be replaced at my own expense. Grouting on nearly every floor has already or is still breaking out. Beazer has never repaired the defects listed windows are bowed. They install discontinued and defective air conditioners and use inferior materials. Homeowners have to change everything at their own expense. I have spent $2,000.00 repairing defective plumbing and that is obscene. These lots at Talasera were supposed to be view lots that is why we paid top dollar and then Beazer got desperate to sell and built large homes to block the very view they were using as a selling point. The BIG LIE was "No we will not build to block the view, no homes of the same model will be built next to eachother." Now the views no longer exist. BUYER BEWARE OR BEAZER!!!

BEAZER HOME POOR WORL QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

I was amazed at the poor communication from the builder rep and the foreman of the jobsite from the beginning of framing through problem resolution. The quality of construction, along with the final fit and finish of a half million dollar new home were poor at best. I have contacted the broker for BEAZER Arizona along with quality control personnel in AZ, none of them has been forthcoming in addressing or resolving the issues I have raised. Beazer's entire approach has been to push closing and resolution of any issues after that time. We have withheld closing until all issues are addressed, and may forego our 5% deposit and the opportunity to have a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood due to their poor quality workmanship.

Very upset when I closed on my home to find many many items in the home incomplete that were promised to be done. Some of the issues i had were no plumbing, missing fixtures in multiple rooms, appliances not installed. 3 1/2 months later I still dont have 1/2 the items I already paid for. This in addition many other nuisances of which only a handful of items have been dealt with. NEVER again will I buy from them....just an outright horrible stressful experience. :(

This has got to be one of the worst builders for customer service. Moved into the home without it being completed. ONE YEAR LATER and we are STILL WAITING for things to be completed. What a FIASCO! I would NEVER recommend this builder to anyone. It's been a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Moved in December 2004 and it is February 2006. Pre-move in repairs have not been completed. Warranty work has not been completed. We have gone through 4 guys who have all been fired for not completing the work orders. We didn't have use of the upstairs master shower for 5 months after move in because they couldn't get anyone here to fix it. The elevation we paid for wasn't complete; the shutters were missing and we finally got them installed last week, minus the paint. We are scheduled to have the exterior of the house repainted on Monday, but I am not holding my breath. We had a portion of our block wall removed and then sat that way for 2 weeks while the right company came to fix it. We have apartments behind us and having a pool with no fence along the block wall is a serious issue. I love my home, don't get me wrong, but they seriously have issues in dealing with making sure the homeowners work is done in a timely manner. It shoudn't take over a year to have my pre-move in issues fixed. I would say the run-a-round and wasting my time waiting for these people to NOT show up is something I wouldn't wish on anyone.

It has been over 1 year since closing on our home and we still have unresolved warranty issues. We will never buy a Beazer home again.

Warranty work took forever to be completed and still have the same issues coming back. Drywall ceiling on your outside patio, not to clever. Cracks still not filled and watch that public report, it does not disclose everything. Common areas not listed or listed incorrectly for their use. Try to get reimbursed for warranty work that they didn't do but had to be done by someone else so your child did not drown in the pool when the patio door wouldn't close. Would not buy another house with this company ever again.
