Community Review
We have had several problems before we moved in and since we have moved in.Carpet not put in the correct way around the fireplace. The Vinyl flooring in the kitchen was 1/4 inch away from the baseboard. They do not guarantee the vinyl anyway. The toliet in the main bathroom was stained. Couldnt replace it with one matching the other bathroom. oh and we had to have them fix the foundation that we found with a large hole in it while checking out the progress one day. that is just for starters. on the 6 month inspection the counters in the kitchen was coming loose from the walls which they fixed with caulking. the vinyl in the bathrooms was staining cause they were so cheap.while trying to do some decor to the home we found that none of the walls are even or square. Now after almost 3 yrs the seals in our windows are broke and it will cost us 100.00 to have them replaced. the glass is covered but not he service call or the labor. and it is all 3 windows on the same side of the house and all the top part of the window. i would never buy another home built by deluxe,beazer, crossman again,nor would i refer them to anyone..... buyers beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
