The land scaping and drainage issues are still ongoing and We have finally been told that it is our problem. If we had know all the issues that there is in this community we would have purchased elsewhere. Home owner assoc. fee jumped 40 percent the month after we moved in and we have absolutly no ammenties, no pool, park or common areas to speak of. and no explaination as to why the fee jumped and nothing in progress. The communication from Beazer is slow and we have been lied to on many occations.

we bought a beazer home in columbia sc highland creek chestnuthill sub division the house was built nice the salesman was great but hell they dont know how to level the property we have nothing but water issues the water that is ponding on the driveway because of the pitch my wifes flower beds get filled with water the plants are rotting out water near a house causes what thats right termites spring tails and bug issues hell get rid of that pinestraw it keeps water in springtails love it all we are asking for is a frenchdrain repitch the lawn and some gutters buyer beware ill keep you posted
