27 Repairs in the first six months. Had to replace the exterior doors, kitchen lights, constant work on the HVAC and the list goes on. We have used all of our vacation days waiting on repair people. Wrote a letter to the CEO in Atlanta about the poor craftsmanship and warranty. Have not received an answer
