Sales Rep and Final Inspection

My only real complaint is the sales representative's explanation of how fencing worked in the community. Had I known then what I know now, I would have included a fence in my original building contract. He didn't explain what it would take to get one post construction, made it sound so easy, and actually discouraged me from having the builder do it because of cost. Final property inspections have been ceased with no explanation as to why. I've lived in the home for 15 months and don't know where I stand on the warranty period. No communication has come from the builder.
