The models are decorated tastefully, not gaudy. Also, the floor plans utilize every inch of space very well.

The only major problem was that the house was took 6 weeks longer to complete.

I purschased a Portrait Home in 02/2006. The quality of the workmenship was lousy. The closing was late and many items were not corrected. The professionalism of this company is not very high. They use the cheapest of material to construct these townhomes and buyer beware look elseware to purchase a townhouse of house from this company.

Very disappointed in our home build by Portrait Homes. The quality of the structure of our home is extremely poor. Many problems including crooked walls, leaking roof, damaged floors, and many other problems.

Comments:

I like the floorplan and location of my home, but I would not deal with Portrait Homes again if I had it to do over again. It has been a battle to get items completed and/or repaired. The employees are not very professional. My recommendation...look elsewhere!
