Comments:
Our home has windows that leak when it rains and has a truss system that needs to be replaced. That means taking the entire 2nd floor of the house apart. The builder knows what is wrong, has reports that state the problems and still forced arbitration because arbitrators always rules in favor of the home builder.

Comments:
My home leaks, multiple problems, many many defects. Quality was horrible. Most of my neighbors homes leak also.
