WE CURRENTLY HAVE HAD A CONTRACT FOR OVER A YEAR ON OUR HOME IN WILD DUNES. PANITZ RESCHEDULED CLOSING 3 TIMES FOR DIFFERENT REASONS. THERE ARE SO MANY LIENS ON THE HOME AND WE CAUGHT IT BEFORE CLOSE AND QUESTIONED. RIGHT BEFORE OUR FINAL CLOSE WE NEVER EVEN RECEIVED A CALL OR ANYTHING FROM THE PANITZ CLOSING DEPT ETC. HOWEVER, AN EMPLOYEE WAS NICE ENOUGHT TO CALL AND TELL ME HE WAS OUT OF A JOB AND THAT PANITZ WAS CLOSING THEIR DOORS AND LET MOST OF THEIR STAFF GO......... WE HAVE NOT CLOSED AND I'LL LEAVE IT UP TO YOUR IMAGINATION BUT YOU CAN ONLY GUESS WHAT WE ARE DOING AT THIS POINT AND WE ARE PROCEEDING THROUGH THE PROPER CHANNELS TO GET OUR HOUSE ..........WE FEEL DECIEVED AND LIED TOO AND I FEEL REALLY BAD FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE OTHER AREAS IN EAGLE LANDING THAT HAVE NOT CLUE OR THEY MAY THAT THERE ARE 3 HOMES GETTING READY TO BE AUCTIONED IN THE AREA IN MAY BY JP KING..VERY SAD SITUATION OUR FAMILY HAS BEEN PUT IN.

Panitz signature Homes- liens on home after closing
Liens filed on home after closing. Subcontractors haven't been paid and they have filed 5 liens so far for 39,000. Contacting Title Insurance. 2-10 warranty wasn't paid either. We have no structual warranty on the home as of today. 2.5 months after closing. Builder not returning calls.

Thank Goodness for Title Insurance!
Builder was difficult to communicate with during the building process. Sales representative was useless. Site supervisor, when reachable, was very helpful. Company took an overall "do not care" attitude toward customer service. Overall, the home seems to be built well (only 2 months old), however, many important details were missed. For example, not having the gas appliances retrofitted to take LP gas (took our 1st 3 weeks in our house to resolve.) The largest disappointment with this builder is that we just received two notices of building liens against our property (builder did not pay subcontractors prior to closing) and now must use our title insurance to resolve these issues. I would not trust this builder in the future.
