Extremely uncompromising and arrogant people are running this company. There motto is take it or leave it. Newmark claims to be a semi production and custom builder. Now it is has become a production builder. It used to be a far better company a year ago (i.e., in early 2007). Things have changed dramatically since the dramatic fall of the TOUSA stock (was 15 cents per share during my last check) and the management change. The construction branch of the company dominates, with very little respect for the sales side. Very very arrogant. One has to wornder what will happen once you move into the house. What happens to the warranty if this is the attitude?
