Comments:
Do not buy a Newmark home. While the home is beautiful to look at, we have had several issues including cracking tile and mold in the bathroom. The builder's immediate response was always that the problems were our fault and not an issue with the workmanship or materials in the home. We are near resulting to legal action to have issues with the flooring resolved.
