They use sub-par materials and apparently sub-par subcontractors but charge top dollar. Took much longer than expected for home to be built. We had numerous issues identified at close and it is taking forever to get anything fixed. Definitely poor workmanship and they expect people to accept poor quality because it is supposedly "within industry standards".

Poor quality but expensive home. Rude builders and customer quality assurance people who don't tell the truth and make constant false promises. Customers don't matter. Paid far too much for a home that is poorly constructed with settlement issues, leaky faucets and other issues within a couple of months of moving in. Very hard to get issues resolved. Regret this purchase and it has caused tremendous frustration and stress on my family. Misery loves company so it is sickeningly comforting to know that many of my neighbors are also unhappy and are going through similar issues. Live and learn through the school of very hard knocks.

The customer service of this builder is really aweful. They drag their feet when it comes to do the repairs the have to. They have very rude and uncorteous personel to handle the problems. And the most important thing is that their workmanship is really poor while they ask so much money for their houses. It has been a real nightmare and we are very dissapointed and of course we regret buying the house. We are tired of the leaks, the clogged pipes and their poor customer service.
