Comments:
I only had a few minor warranty issues after closing and the staff was very diligent in making repairs quickly. The qulity of Newmark is better than most builders I see in the $250-$400k price range. Many custom features at a reasonable price. I would recommend them to potential homebuyers.

Lots of electrical problems. Also have had many cracks in the home.
