The Vice President (edited) did not return a very important phone call prior to closing, we paid for an upgrade, tray ceilings, and received a small vaulted ceiling. They said they did put a tray ceiling in and all the other tray ceilings we saw were not the same. $1900.00 no return call. They also had not built our home in this area, our home very popular in Jax they called us guinea pigs and the walls are not plumb, they are bowed. Very sloppy electrical work. Many mistakes made on our upgrades. Shower doors one inch opening on bottom. They do very quick walk thrus hoping you will miss things and unfortunately for us we missed many things. Poor warranty. Once closed, everything our problem. Very poor.
