Small things that need to be fixed so that they do not create a major issue

When I call to have some issues repaired they always say that it is the associations problem - well, the association has NOT been turned over to the community YET. But should be next week May 2007. I have asked repeatedly to have the sprinklers NOT water my windows, have covers put on the in ground shut-offs, a person could break a leg or ankle if they trip in the hole - not repaired. Still not certain the auto garage door is correct - makes snapping noises when it comes down. The bottom line is I really love my new home and new neighbors. It is just if they would fix the small things
