Comments:

We have had problems prior to closing with the builder not wanting to replace sheetrock & baseboards that had water damage & were already starting to grow mold. We had to hire an independent inspector to come check out the house & then they decided they would replace those items. Not to mention, our plumbing now after less than six months, we have had 3 out of 4 toilets replaced & may have more plumbing problems but neither the builder, the plumber or the septic system guys want to take responsibility for the problem or even take the time to check out. We also had a problem with the septic sprinkler heads being put in such a bad location that the water was pooling in one specific area that stayed permanently saturated & is now starting to smell. McMillin did not want to take repsonsibility for this either. Also, our heating wiring was done incorrectly. We had no heat for several days & again, McMillin did not want to take responsibility for that either. When we call we get horrible customer service from the warranty dept. & it can take uo to 2 weeks for a return call & then another 2-3 weeks before they even start doing the work. Please be careful & watch everything if you purchase from them. We expected better quality workmanship since our house was over 350K & we got crappy workmanship & really can not believe how something that was suppose to be so exciting & fun has been totally ruined by the problems that we have had.
