Electrical outlet placement

I only experienced one small deviation on the builders part from what I originally asked for. When it was brought to their attention, it was all corrected within 2 working days. Everything else went along as planned.

I would never recommend anyone build a Maronda Home. For the cost of the home, you are getting the poorest quality. They strong arm you into the closing - even when the home is not ready to be occupied and take months to fix their problems. The staff is rude and bullying and the workmanship is shoddy. This is the worst investment I have ever made. -Electricity is constantly going out -Land was not graded properly resulting in lumpy landscape -Walls with many blemishes need to be redone and repainted -Driveway had to be ripped out and still is not right -Garage floor was damaged by their workers, they still did not fix -Cement patio had to be ripped out and redone -Bathroom toilet on 2nd floor was missing a ring, which resulted in water coming thru the ceiling -Water does not get hot -Counter top had to be replaced -Berber carpet was installed incorrectly and when workers came back to fix, ripped carpet and still have not replaced -Tile work is shoddy and inferior -Walls and floors are crooked -Doors are warped -Doors not lined up -Locks were faulty -Caulking in bathrooms were not done properly -Floors squeak metal sounds horribly -Light fixtures not aligned with room -Huge cracks in garage floor -Lights and mirrors in bathroom hung crookedly -Doorbell too far from front door These are some of the items that I had to not only deal with, but had to fight with Maronda to fix. Many of them still have not been fixed. I would never buy a home from Maronda again. They advertise quality homes and they build garbage.
