Quality is good - ANC Homes company - a lot to be questioned about how they do things.

ANC Homes quality is good. The structure of the house is done above normal industry standards. The internal of the house structure is good. The builder is only in it for money though and you are cautioned not to "close" until you have everything done. They will side-step you and they will expect you to wait for them to do anything in thier time-line - not yours. The experience with the representatives are good / cordial and friendly but do not be mistaken that they are 100% for the builder and will cut corners (after you purchase), and before, if you do not keep on top of them. The minute they get your money - you will get very little done. Its a pure profit and leave deal. The builder will build and wants to "build" a community but not on his dime. You will be expected to pay for community landscaping (even though they wont disclose that to you when you are buying). My experience with ANC will make me very cautious when building my next house. Not because of quality of the house but because of time-frame, community development that ANC were not at all interested in paying for.
