The Neighborhood Builders- Waukee area

After working with Neighborhood Builders I would highly reccomend anyone building with them. They were completely honest and straight forward with all issues and they were very organized and always had a prompt response to any questions that my wife or I had. The house was completely done by the time we moved in and looked great. The builder has been very good about the 2 or 3 very small issues that we have had and always responded promptly. Our house was built in the time frame that we determined upon starting and within budget with no hangups. I will reccomend them to anyone that I know looking to build a new quality built home at a fantastic price!
