Avoid this builder -- you can't trust his word and he doesn't show.

Was hired to do roof on our home. Paid half down. Builder was a repeat no show. Would call him and he would say he would be there, and then not show. Portions of the roof he did put down leaked, even after he told us it would be fine. Showed up one day late -- strongly smelling of alcohol. Never completed job -- after 3 weeks of trying to get them to do the work, we were forced to hire another contractor to finish the job. Worse experience we've had with a builder, not to mention he is very rude.
