Do not buy from this builder. We bought on June 20 08 and everything breaking, he will not fix

To every out there. I would advise you NOT BUYING from this builder he does not fix repairs even though you have a 1 year warrenty. My husband and I are sueing him for the repairs he won't fix. Damaged hardwood floors, ceiling fan and the entire electrical system in house is damaged. We were at closing and gave his attorney our punch list on things they still needed to be fixed. The builder wasn't there, so his attorney faxed it to him, and the builder said he woulded fix any of the repairs. I had the movers at my house and this builder would not sign the punch list, what was I suppose to do. IF YOU DO BUY FROM GCARY CONSTRUCTION YOU WILL HAVE LOTS OF PROBLEMS. THEY LIE, ESPECIALLY HIS ASSISTANT DONNA. THEY SAY THEY WILL COME OUT AND FIX YOUR PROBLEMS BUT THEY DON'T. Also the quality of his work is very poor. I spent $300,000 for this town home and it is aweful. I have called and called his office but no response for weeks. I have reported him to the better business bureau and the our attorney general.

Very difficult to deal with. Involved with mortgage fraud by selling to foreign buyers at inflated appraisals and then foreclosing. Buyer beware.
