Comments:
Unsatified home owner
Failed to disclosed restrictions and convenants. Has failed to follow through with repairs to home and lot. We have been in the home for 5 months and still most of the items on the punch list have not been addressed. Requested list of subcontractors still has not been given to us. Poor layout, cheap materials.
